Welcome everyone to a new year! We hope you all enjoyed the festive break and are now ready to embrace all the 2020 has to offer.

We have many new classes starting in January so this could be a great opportunity to try something new or to return to something you previously enjoyed.

If fitness and wellbeing are something you want to embrace, here is the current list of regular classes –

Clubbercise – Mondays, 6.30pm to 7.30pm

Holistic Core Restore – Tuesdays, 9.15am to 10.05am

Pilates based clinical rehabilitation – Tuesdays, 5pm to 6pm

Wellbeing & Yoga – Tuesdays, 6.15pm to 7.15pm

Barre Class – Wednesdays, 9.15am to 10.15am

Tai Chi – Thursdays, 11.30am to 12.30pm

Yin Yoga – Thursdays, 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Strong30 – Thursdays 7.15pm to 7.45pm

Body Control Pilates – Thursdays, 7.45pm to 8.45pm

Indoor Kurling – Fridays 10.30am to 11.30am

Pilates Explore – Fridays 5.30pm to 6.30pm

If that all sounds like too much energy and you just fancy a new hobby or skill, there are these options –

Whole Notes Gospel Choir – Mondays, 7.45pm to 9.15pm

West Coast Swing Dance – Tuesdays, 7.30pm to 10.30pm

Adults Sewing club – Thursdays, 9.30am to 11.30am

or other groups who meet regularly include the Girton Garden Society, Girton Bowls Club, Girton WI and Club 55.

If its something for the younger ones, how about these?-

Artastic art club – Wednesdays, 3.45pm to 4.45pm

Kids sewing club – Wednesdays, 4.45pm to 6.15pm

Tribe Youth Club – Fridays, 7.00pm to 9.30pm
